Refresh is an informal, family friendly, café-style service which starts with refreshments and includes a short time of sung worship, discussion on a different topic each week and prayers. At St Nicholas’ Church, Refresh is held in the church hall and starts at 9.45am with coffee and croissants.

Kettle’s On started several years ago. Meeting on a Wednesday morning 10am-12pm at St Nicholas’ Church Hall, twice a month it is open to everyone and involves coffee, cake and chat. It is popular and well attended, particularly by people who are retired

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with family and friends whilst being served Full English Breakfast, which also includes toast, homemade marmalade, tea, coffee and fruit juic. Breakfast will be available from 9am until at least 11:30am. Our profits go towards maintaining the fabric of St James’s, our village church.
